After a successful career awareness session or even not, one can come in to a discussion with a trained career guidance practitioner and start the career guidance process
During the career guidance process, CG practitioner will ask a few questions and decide what best tool to be used to understand your current situation and the requirement. This may vary when you are looking for education, employment or entrepreneurship. CG practitioner will use a vocational personality test most of the time.
CG Practitioner after the interpretation of your vocational personality or the discussion will work with you on creating a plan to pursue your goals. You may fix short term and long term goals.
